What to Expect at The Manhattan 

 

We want you to enjoy your stay with the Manhattan Self-Service Hotel. We have found it best to be upfront and clear from the beginning to ensure our guest expectations on the same page:

- The Manhattan  was established back in 1900. The Hotel has not been in use for many years. Recently, the Manhattan Self-Service Hotel was completely renovated in 2019 and re-opened as The Manhattan Hotel.

We operate like a VRBO offering clean, comfortable river front rooms. The Manhattan is located on the second story above the Boathouse Cantina restaurant and adjacent to Pizza Rio. The hustle and bustle of downtown Salida makes walking to near by attractions and dinning a breeze.

- The Manhattan operates in a similar manner as VRBO or AirBNB. This means The Manhattan operates as automated as possible to anticipate your needs. We do not have a front desk. - For stays three nights and under, we don't offer full cleaning service, but we are happy to take out your trash and get you new towels whenever needed. For stays 4 nights or longer, you can simply coordinate with our staff to let us know when/if you want your room cleaned.

-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. During this time, we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. If we have to repeatedly ask you to quiet down, we will then ask you to leave the property and no refund will be given.
