Manhattan Hotel Policies

Property and Cancellation Policies:
Full Charge - Full Deposit - If canceled within 7 days of arrival
Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed with a valid Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or PayPal which we hold in lieu of a security deposit. A payment of 50% of the total is due at time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days before check-in date. The credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance 30 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. Sorry, no refunds will be given past this cut off date unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates, or, in some cases at manager's discretion, you move your reservation to another date. In the event that you move your reservation to an alternate date and then cancel that reservation, you will forfeit your total payment. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
There is No Smoking of any kind at the Manhattan Hotel.
Virtual Credit Card/Security Deposit Agreement: Renter acknowledges, understands and agrees to the following:
- I understand The Manhattan Hotel requires a valid credit card on file as a"virtual" security deposit (Visa, MC, Amex or Discover). I authorize The Manhattan Hotel to apply extra charges against this card up to $1000.00 for damage, loss or failure to abide by rental policies. Charges will be assessed if excessive cleaning or repair is required upon Guest departure or if Guest does not abide by Manhattan Hotel policies. Evidence of indoor smoking of any kind, use of firearms, fireworks, unapproved over-occupancy or unapproved pets will result in a charge of up to $1000.
-I agree to check in after 3pm and depart by 11:00am on check-out date stated herein. I understand that any guest who does not depart as agreed may be charged for an additional night, unless advance arrangements have been made with management.
-I understand that The Manhattan Hotel is not responsible for any of my or my group’s valuables or personal items left in Property. I further understand and agree that I am personally liable for missing contents from the Property and charges and damages incurred during this stay.
-I hereby waive and release The Manhattan Hotel as well as the property owner from any claim by or injury to me, my guests and my personal property, or arising from or out of my being on the Property, except any such claim or injury resulting from their gross negligence.
-I understand that the use and enjoyment of the room, facilities, river, hot tub and any other features of the property are at my own risk.
-I understand that pets are not permitted on the premises. If you have a service dog, please contact us to discuss.
-I understand that shooting firearms on or around The Manhattan Hotel properties are not permitted.
-I understand that I am bound to the terms and policies of this agreement upon acceptance of this agreement by affirmative email reply or signature, and I agree to pay the above charges and any damage or excess cleaning charges incurred according to this agreement.
